- During Operation Iraqi Freedom II, provided counseling and therapy for people suffering from psychological trauma.
- Developed several therapeutic models that include the use of relaxation, visualization, contemplation, meditation and cognitive behavioral training as effective tools for treating stress related disorders.
- Facilitated critical incident stress debriefings for people directly involved in traumatic events during OIF II.
